
White Hot Chocolate with Pumpkin Spice

Ingredients:
- 12 ounce bag white chocolate chips
- 4 cups of milk
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
- 1/2 tablespoon cloves
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- Whip cream and cinnamon for topping
Directions:
- Add milk, spices, vanilla and pumpkin to a medium saucepan.
- On low heat bring to a simmer.
- Once at a simmer add chocolate chips and remove from heat.
- Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes, stir again and serve.
- Add whip cream and cinnamon to top it off and serve warm.

Anti Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:
- -1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- -2 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
- -1 frozen banana
- -1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- -1 tablespoon of cinnamon
- -1 cup orange juice
Directions:
Blend all in a blender

Mint Mango Spritzer

- 1 ripe mango
- ginger root
- a small bunch of mint
- soda or tonic water
- ice

Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 1 half of a banana
- plain yogurt
- half a pineapple cut up
- ice
- 1/4 cup of milk
BLEND ALL TOGETHER AND SERVE
