White Hot Chocolate with Pumpkin Spice

Source: The Basic Housewife

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounce bag white chocolate chips
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tablespoon cloves
  • 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • Whip cream and cinnamon for topping

Directions:

  1. Add milk, spices, vanilla and pumpkin to a medium saucepan.
  2. On low heat bring to a simmer.
  3. Once at a simmer add chocolate chips and remove from heat.
  4. Mix well and let sit for 5 minutes, stir again and serve.
  5. Add whip cream and cinnamon to top it off and serve warm.

Anti Inflammatory Turmeric Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • -1 tablespoon turmeric powder
  • -2 tablespoons fresh chopped ginger
  • -1 frozen banana
  • -1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • -1 tablespoon of cinnamon
  • -1 cup orange juice

Directions:

Blend all in a blender

Mint Mango Spritzer

  • 1 ripe mango
  • ginger root
  • a small bunch of mint
  • soda or tonic water
  • ice

Pineapple Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 half of a banana
  • plain yogurt
  • half a pineapple cut up
  • ice
  • 1/4 cup of milk

BLEND ALL TOGETHER AND SERVE
